Janfusun Resort Hotel

The price did reflect the quality of the room, so I did not have too high expectation. I was disappointed with the front desk / check-in service. The front desk lady did not look like friendly and willing to serve. No professionalism at all. The doorman was nice and I was satisified with the check-out service. If you are planning to go to the Theme Park, then it is better to stay at least one night at the hotel. Otherwise, I do not recommend it to you. Bed: not comfortable, Bathroom: old!

Has seen better days. I guess it was a nice place maybe 10-15 years ago. Not much done since then. Lots of stuff is broken or worn out. By international standards not more than 2 star hotel. Stuff was very nice and helpful though.

Janfusun Resort Hotel was classified as 5 star hotel. However, the room cleanliness service is awful and terrible. I did kindly talk to the housekeepers to make the room again due to much hair on the bed, the tv table, the sofa, the drawer and the tea & coffee box but they did not double check the whole room to make sure the room was completely clean. Therefore, the second day when I was in the amusement park, I called a housekeeper and talked about some long hair in the shower room floor from the last guest. Yes, they did cleaned the floor. However, the shower room door on the back is terribly mouldy. The door is disgusting like hundred years never being sprayed and cleaned. Also, the sink area with cups is so dusty at the corner. I did give the housekeepers two chances to improve the room to make it meet up the standard as 5 star hotel. Additionally, the room sound proofing is bad. I could hear my neighbour snoring loud when I was in bed. Unfortunately, Janfusun Resort Hotel does not deserve 5 stars. We were really disappointed to stay with them.
