My family and I had the pleasure of having lunch at the open buffet and it was lovely. The food was amazing and there was a wide variety of food for an affordable price. The location was nice and atmospheric. The service was wonderful, especially Jessie who was very cooperative and kind. I would definitely recommend this if you're looking for a peaceful lunch.

They were an invaluable resource when it came to local dining, providing excellent recommendations for restaurants that perfectly accommodated my dietary requirements. This level of personalized attention was so helpful and greatly appreciated. Furthermore, they effortlessly arranged a fantastic desert safari for me, handling all the details and making the experience seamless. When it was time to depart, they also efficiently booked a taxi to the airport, taking all the stress out of my travel plans. Every interaction with the staff was positive, marked by their professionalism, helpfulness, and friendly demeanor. It's clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority at Jannah. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking not just comfortable accommodation, but a truly outstanding hospitality experience.

I rate the hotel 4 stars. Overall, the stay was comfortable. Big thanks to the staff, especially Karthen from housekeeping – he was dedicated, tidy, and did an excellent job. Also, Jesse at the open buffet was very polite, helpful, and always welcoming with a smile. However, the front desk service was not up to expectations. It could’ve been better in terms of attitude and professionalism.
