I have been living in this beautiful apartment for 8 months already and can’t find any flaws so far. My studio is spacious, clean and cozy. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Special thanks for housekeeping team, especially Sandip for being super helpful always. Mike from gym and reception team, who always greets with big smile) it is my second home away from home. Thank you and surely I will come back ;)

Although I was initially hesitant when signing the contract, especially since the sales representative seemed indifferent and unhelpful, the hotel staff proved to be the complete opposite. We felt completely at home — the place was comfortable, clean, and well-organized. Everyone was friendly and supportive. Special thanks to Anil, who did his job with professionalism, honesty, and dedication. He was also a genuinely kind person.

The staff is very kind, especially the young man at the reception (I think his name is Liam), and I would like to thank him especially because his effort and dedication made our stay more enjoyable. We had half-board included in our stay, and I can only say that the food selection was poor and unimaginative. The food was tasty, but every morning and evening, the options were the same. (Who serves beans for breakfast?) There were no cakes or anything appealing for children to eat. If you wanted something sweet, there was watermelon, melon, and a fruit salad with watermelon and melon, with traces of pineapple and kiwi (very sad). Oh, and a note—we had to walk to the restaurant in another building in the morning because there was no restaurant in the hotel accommodation where we stayed! (This was absolutely not mentioned in the offer.) The apartment is large, the rooms and bathroom are spacious, but everything is old and falling apart. The bathroom in the bedroom smelled like a public restroom (the stench woke us up at night—horrible). The bathtub was rusty, with some stains, paint was peeling off the walls, and the walls were cracked. All in all, for a hotel in Dubai Marina—terrible. We only stayed thanks to the friendly staff.
