I only went there for the pool, sauna and a massage. I didn‘t spend the night. If you‘re „extern“ you pay 1200 to enter, a massage for one hour is between 2’000 and 2’500. it‘s a great place to spend the day. The food and drinks by the pool are amazing.

I stayed at this whole in the wall for 4 weeks other then the food is really awful and the staff is miserably underpaid and lacks motivation the hotel management does not know how to refund back the 5 nights i checked out. I checked out on the 21st of June and returned on the 26th from tashkent. Management told me they will refund the nights I left and will be charged for the nights I stay only. That was the biggest lie. The hotel was basically empty the entire time. Now I know why. Bunch of thieves.

My brother booked a few nights in this hotel, paid in advance. They arrived a bit late, and been notified that they room is occupied by somebody else because they thought they never come. No other rooms were available at the moment. They literally left them on the street with 3 year old baby at the night.
