I recently had the pleasure of staying at Jano hotel, and I couldn’t be more impressed with my experience. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was exceptional. The staff greeted me warmly, and the check-in process was seamless. They were very accommodating, providing me with all the information I needed about the hotel amenities and the restaurant staff were friendly serving delicious foods. The room was spotless, which is always a top priority for me. It was clear that the housekeeping team takes great pride in their work – everything from the linens to the bathroom was pristine. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room had all the essentials I could need, plus a few thoughtful extras like complimentary bottled water and a tea boiler with good tea options. I was also impressed by the attention to detail in maintaining the cleanliness throughout my stay. Housekeeping made sure to tidy up daily, and the public areas of the hotel were equally well-maintained. Overall, my stay was very enjoyable, and I will definitely return next time I’m in the area. The combination of excellent customer service and impeccable cleanliness made it a standout experience. Highly recommend!
Exeptional, modern and clean hotel with great staff. Very comfortabke rooms and kost important, very clean and tidy. A modern hotel for all kinds of travel. Mentioning the staff, as I have reviewed on other platforms, they met us with an unmatched hoapitality, where Mr. Michael Mulugeta stands out with his serviceminded, professional and welcoming attitude, taking care of everything we as transit travelera were in need of. Absolutely wonderful experience staying at Jano! The front desk receptionist, security personnel, and all other staff were extremely humble, helpful and friendly. The hotel is very modern, squeaky clean, favourable location (just 10mins from Bole airport) and shops nearby, all amenities included in the room and very good city views from the room. I stayed in a standard room and still loved it, can only imagine how comfy the upgraded rooms would be! Would love to stay here again next time :)
