My experience at the Grill Restaurant was absolutely amazing! Mr Alam and Renuka were instrumental in making my solo dining experience memorable. Mr Alam made sure that I tried all the dishes (that I possibly could) available in the buffet menu. He even customised the starter dishes according to my taste. The waitress Renuka was very polite and prompt with her services, and also laughed at my bad jokes 😂 The rooms here are spotlessly clean. Staff is very cooperative and professional. 100% recommend!

1 Star – Terrible Experience, Not a 4-Star Hotel This place is a complete joke. Jardin Hotel in Indore is nowhere near a 4-star property. The room was tiny, filthy, and had a bad odor. The bathroom had old, rusted fittings and looked like it hadn't been maintained in years. Constant noise made it impossible to get any rest. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and acted like they couldn't care less about guest complaints. And the breakfast? Absolutely the worst – cold, tasteless, and clearly made with zero effort. Not even basic hygiene seemed to be a priority. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Total waste of money. Avoid this place at all costs – you’ll definitely regret staying here.
