Jashita Hotel

I had an incredible experience at the Jashita Hotel in Tulum. It is a small, intimate property and is immersed in the jungle. Word of advice, be sure to bring bug spray; you will need it. I felt very safe and taken care of by the staff. I had the best hot stone massage by Angie. Major thank you to Cecilio, Brenda, Rosa, and Cristina who were very professional, patient, attentive, reliable, and extremely kind!

WOW! Our experience with the Jashita hotel and particularly the staff was absolutely amazing! Jashita helped me host my 55th birthday with ultimate care and class! I brought a group of 30 who all raved about their experience and the hospitality exhibited. The rooms were amazing, food delicious and the complimentary breakfast- outstanding! And, Brenda! OMG, what a true pleasure to work with. Jashita is beyond lucky to have her as a key representative for the organization. Every need we had was met - and she ensured that was the case. The remaining staff, Rubi, Cecilio and Cristina were just as welcoming and attentive! Hands down everyone in my group shared this was the best vacation of their lives! My words can’t express the joy we experienced in the hands of the Jashita team. I will be back at minimum annually to enjoy the relaxation and serenity of Jashita! THANK YOU TEAM!

Absolutely beautiful hotel! Cecilio and the rest of the staff were extremely accommodating, friendly, and helpful. The rooms were very nice and comfortable, quiet, and had great air conditioning. The restaurant was delicious (especially the burger for lunch and the lobster pasta for dinner), not just your typical hotel food and the eccentric owner was such a nice and friendly person as well! extremely quiet and relaxing environment with plenty of cabanas and seating everywhere. the location was about 15 minutes away from central Tulum which wasnt a bad ride, but the cabs did get a little expensive if you plan on going in to town to explore. 10/10 would recommend and we would come back any time!
