I did read the reviews and we were sceptical But WOW . We loved it. We are 3 ladies of different ages, and we couldn’t fault the food for a buffet there was so much variation.If you didn’t like the food you must be very very picky. The staff never stopped cleaning. The room was pretty basic , but fine, our balcony was lovely and the staff were amazing.we have booked for next year 🥰
Had a week at the Jasmin Beach hotel with my daughters. We had a lovely time. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Tobby and the entertainment team were fab. Also Jimmy and Temu (!) in the terrace bar were so funny and looked after us well. The waiters at Breakfast, lunch and dinner especially Nasir and Cihan were so friendly and looked after us every day. The staff in the spa also amazing and a lovely welcoming from the reception team on arrival. We had a few issues (no hot water in the shower for a few days, no maid for 2 days but I asked for towels and toilet rolls at reception and they had them sent up to us) Even with this (and a few other little bits) we would come back again. Great location across the road from the beach too. All in all a great relaxing holiday for me and the kids. Thanks everyone!
Our stay at Jasmin Bodrum Hotel unfortunately fell far below our expectations. The most disappointing aspect was the behavior of the F&B service staff working in the restaurant and bar areas. Most of the staff were extremely inattentive, rude, and lacked basic communication skills. Instead of a warm and welcoming attitude, we often received dismissive and unfriendly responses to our questions. We had to repeatedly ask just to get basic service, and many staff members even avoided eye contact. Some behaved in a disrespectful manner, which made us feel quite uncomfortable. While the hotel’s location, physical conditions, and view are pleasant, the overall service quality was so poor that it overshadowed our entire holiday experience. It seemed clear that guest satisfaction was not a priority, the staff were not well-trained, and there was a lack of oversight by management. Human interaction and friendly service are among the most important factors in making a vacation enjoyable, but sadly, these were completely missing at this hotel. For this reason, we do not plan to return to Jasmin Bodrum Hotel and would not recommend it to others. "We believe that management urgently needs to take steps regarding staff training and supervision. Improvements in communication, speed, and guest satisfaction will significantly enhance the quality of service. Until these issues are resolved, I cannot recommend the F&B service to guests expecting a high-quality food and beverage experience here.
