During my stay, I was especially impressed by the exceptional friendliness and professionalism of the restaurant staff. A special thank you to Chef Amer and his team, who not only prepared delicious dishes but did so with passion and genuine care for the guests. I’d also like to sincerely thank the restaurant manager, Ahmed, for his kindness, attentiveness, and ability to make every guest feel welcome and well looked after. The waitstaff were equally remarkable—always polite, efficient, and ready with a smile. This level of service truly makes a difference and made my hotel experience even more enjoyable. Compliments to the entire team!
First time coming to Egypt with my daughter. Decided to goto Jasmine Palace Hotel and it’s been a wonderful experience. Staff are friendly, animation team are amazing, everyone is professional and friendly. Lots of food variety and 8 pools including a baby pool and private beach. Rooms are clean spacious and cool with the A/C. Would recommend for everyone as this is a safe place and staff are so friendly. Place is clean and the garden staff are amazing for making everything clean and tidy.
Jasmine Palace is a sprawling resort featuring three large swimming pools and luxurious apartments. The first pool near Dunes restaurant is long and has a juice bar and three water slides. The middle pool is the activity hub, with the Aurora restaurant nearby and a children's pool next to the Spa. The Waves pool leads to the beach at the end of the resort. It's a family-friendly place; my two young children loved the pools, although securing a sunbed can be tough. The hotel room was clean, and the air conditioning was excellent for the intense heat. However, once the pools close, the atmosphere can feel a bit dull. The main building includes the DUNES restaurant, bars, and a small shopping mall, where we found some nice items but faced overcharging in other shops. The second floor has a games room with pool tables and arcade machines, though many were in disrepair. Unfortunately, entertainment options for kids were limited, with lackluster evening shows that didn't engage our family as much as we hoped. While our stay was satisfactory, I wouldn't recommend Jasmine Palace. The all-inclusive experience was underwhelming, with repetitive meal options and limited choices for picky eaters. Snacks and drinks were also disappointing, and cocktails missed the mark. Overall, it didn't meet our expectations for such an expensive trip, and next time, I’d look elsewhere, like Seabank resort in Malta, which offers a much better entertainment experience.
