Java Lotus Hotel Jember

If you are looking for warmth hospitality I would highly recommend Java Lotus Hotel Jember. Special thanks to Pak Jeffry manager of this hotel who always make our day during iftar visits. Friendly and full of warmth to all guests. Thank you so much also to Mas Firman. He is fluent in English and thus able to accomodate to all guests' requests extremely well. Mas Firman is very courteous and respectul to all guests. Mas Firman is an exemplary figure. Thank you again to all staff. Mbak Cici and Mas Danu all have been helpful at the restaurant.

As overall, it is recommended to stay in this hotel, considering the location and facility, and such friendly staff that responsive and helping al lot to find parking space. However, parking space, pool cleanliness need to be improve. the rooms bed cover and pillow cover need to be replace or clean more, as the stain clearly seen.

This was my first time staying at Java Lotus Hotel in Jember, and overall, it left a good impression. I would consider it the second-best hotel option in Jember, right after Hotel Aston. The location is highly strategic—right in the city center and within walking distance to many points of interest, shops, and restaurants. The room was clean and well-maintained, with good amenities and hygiene standards. The breakfast selection was quite varied and satisfying. However, the Wi-Fi was not very reliable. It often disconnected, which made it difficult to get work done. That aside, I would still recommend this hotel as a solid choice for both business and leisure stays in Jember.
