The hotel facilities, including the swimming pool and fitness center, were well-maintained and complete. Overall, the comfort and quality of service exceeded my expectations. One of the best choice for a staycation in town location is also strategic, close to many interesting places in Surabaya. Everything nice and aesthetic, with a strategic location. the room price is affordable. The room was clean. The facilities were like those of a typical hotel. The service was friendly.

The hotel is generally good. The breakfast is delicious with a variety of options, the room was clean and equipped with complete amenities, which is a big plus. However, when I entered my superior room, there was an unpleasant smell, probably due to the old carpet. Additionally, the fridge wasn’t very cold, even though it was plugged in. While these things were a bit disappointing, they didn’t completely ruin the experience. Overall, it's a decent place to stay.
