Jawharat Bidiah Resort

We took a 2BR villa with private pool to ease our minds from our busy lives. It was a soothing and relaxing break. The staff is friendly, the place is clean and not inside the city. Couple of minor problems were raised and they were actioned by the staff very soon. We would be back again on future holidays.

Loved the place, out on its own, away from the city buzz. The staff were lovely and on check-in they offered us a room upgrade which was great. The kids loved the playgrounds and the pool. The favourite part was the private pool in the villa. Price is very reasonable also. Need to work a bit on their f&b, but all in all very well recommended for a short escape!

Terrible Experience - A Nightmare of Insects and Filth I recently stayed at Jawharat Bidiyah Resort and it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. From the moment I walked into my room, it was clear that cleanliness is not a priority here. The room was filthy, with dust and grime in every corner. However, the worst part was the infestation of insects and cockroaches alongside of wasp that leaves no chance but enter the room every time I open the door to walk in or out of the room. I found cockroaches crawling in the bathroom, on the walls, and even in the bed. It was absolutely disgusting and made it impossible to feel comfortable or safe. I reported the issue to the front desk, but their response was shockingly indifferent. They didn't offer to change my room or address the problem in any meaningful way. The lack of cleanliness and the presence of pests completely ruined my stay. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. If you care about hygiene and a clean environment, stay far away from Jawharat Bidiyah Resort . This place needs serious improvements and better management to ensure basic standards of cleanliness and guest comfort.
