Jaypee Palace

Well I think this was my best hotel staycation . It was my Daughter's Birthday so I just casually booked the hotel online as a surprise for her. I called up the hotel and told them to decorate the room for her. They decorated the room and even prepared a cake for her. As we reached the hotel we were greeted with garlands and a welcome ice lolly. At the reception all the staff wished her a very happy birthday , Then as we were going towards our room all the staff on the way wished her and made her feel sooooo special. I didn't expect that but I was overwhelmed. We had an awesome stay ,food was very good , pool is huge , children's play area is very good, the pool tables and bowling alley is well kept. The staff is the best as from the morning breakfast to dinner they were so polite and helpful. The property views are very good , You can roam around the whole day but still won't get bored. There are ducks , peacocks with some parrots and love birds which are a good timepaas for birdwatchers. The rooms are so very clean and the AC helps us beat the heat. In all it was a very good experience.

This company is truly excellent. Their services are timely and of top quality. The staff is professional, helpful, and polite. I had a wonderful experience here. I would highly recommend everyone to try their services at least once. I look forward to working with them again in the future."

We came to have a pleasant weekend stay with kids. Our stay at this hotel was, unfortunately, a deeply disappointing experience. Despite its reputation as a 5-star establishment, we faced numerous issues during our stay, including a lack of sound control in the common areas on floor adjacent to room which led to a noisy, disruptive party /meeting late into the night and and childrens playing football at 12o clock outside rooms .The hotel staff's failure to address the issue in a timely manner was extremely frustrating and affected our comfort and enjoyment of stay. My children were shaken awake multiple times by the persistent disturbance. The experience that night felt more akin to being in a budget hotel, with minimal support and concern for our comfort. Waiting for the night to end, we felt let down by the lack of care and attention from the staff, and frustrated by the sense that our concerns were not being taken seriously. Next day or at the time of checkout Nobody from management came in person for any explanations except replying the mail. While this may have been a typical night for the hotel, for us it was a culmination of months of planning and anticipation, which was ruined by the hotel's negligence. We had been looking forward to a peaceful and relaxing stay, but instead we… We can share the recorded audio from our rooms to show the intensity of the disturbing sound and videos if anyone interested. It's difficult to recommend a hotel that falls short on basic expectations of service and consideration for guests' well-being.
