Wonderful hotel, love it ❤️ Pros: - Great beach location with crystal clear turquoise waters and soft white sands. - Beautiful hotel landscape with lots of greenery and palms. - Delicious food from different cuisines. - Very clean rooms and hotel areas. - Welcoming and friendly staff. - The hotel is not very big, so restaurant , beach and pool areas aren't far from each other. - The hotel is surrounded by some markets and restaurants outside the hotel but some were closed as they are open in the season time(6,7,8). Cons: - As a Cairo resident, the distance is too long from Cairo. - As any area in the north coast of Egypt, the sea is not calm and safe all the time. - No elevators. - I felt that the hotel focuses on some nationalities like Italian, for the written instructions, played songs. - I saw a theatre there but there wasn't any shows. - The prices of drinks are expensive a bit.

I had enjoyed my stay for a week in this magnificent hotel and beautiful location. The staff are great starting from the reception, housekeeping, room service and at the beach. However, some comments I would like to highlight to the hotel management: 1) I had booked a suite bed & breakfast through JAZ app I tried to upgrade to half board during booking but it didn’t work. During check in reception refused to upgraded us as well. So I thought a rule is a rule. Then later on I found that only myself and my wife were on B&B and the rest of guests during our stay are all full board. This was really annoying. When I asked the reception they informed me only booking done for groups or travel agencies they allow full board/half board option during this time (June-July). Not convinced and felt helpless why a couple of Egyptians not allowed to upgrade and pay the difference while all other guests are allowed. 2) Although the suite was amazing location and the beach was great but you came across many issues. For example: side lamps were not working need new bulbs, one of the TV controllers in the living room without batteries, the TV itself in the Living room was not working. Although the response was quick from reception but every time you try something you surprised that it’s not working. There are a, b, c checking points for the place to declare it’s ready for the guest or not. 3) All the activities and programs are running by Italians language which we don’t understand. Yoga, beach games, pool activities, evening programs. How do you expect us to participate while we don’t understand the language? If this time dedicated to Italians then don’t allow others to book. This is so weird as an Egyptian couples in Egypt are not understanding the program moderator or announcer and not able to join the fun. Luckily we don’t have kids with us otherwise it would difficult to convince them you are in Egypt 😤

The hotel has one of the best beaches & an average pool close to the beach so no hassle mobilizing. But as an Egyptian who is a non Italian speaker, I feel so offended, discriminated & excluded! Here is why: 1) For Egyptians, you are only allowed bed & breakfast option while foreigners are provided full board. I’ve asked to pay more for the all inclusive package as I have young kids and the answer was it is not possible 2) All kids club & animation team activities are in Italian without following translation in either English or Arabic! My daughter (who is trilingual in German, English & Arabic) was sitting eager to play with other kids but she didn’t understand a word & when I asked the kids club member to include her, she said that these games are only for Italian kids! I was honestly out of words! 3) No orientation or introduction to what the hotel actually offers & when I asked, the people at the reception claim that they don’t know. 4) Golf carts ignore you to have available seats for foreigners. I have to nag & call for them to come pick us up! 5) we are not being served! We are invisible to waiters, i once waited for like 30 mins to order a coke! Above this all, the food quality is below average. So yeah great beach, but I’d rather spend my money in a place where I feel welcomed.
