overall a great vacation spot for couples or families. A nice lady from the staff approached us and asked us for some feedback. We mentioned that we found the food a little too bland (little salt and spices). The same evening we spoke to the main chef about this, he spoke to us and wanted to know how he could improve the food. This was very appreciated, as we felt like the hotel really wants to know our opinion and that our feedback matters.

Staff are so welcoming and pleasant Ahmed Emara has been has been our go to person. House keeping, Bell men and guest relations are just amazing. It’s been more than 6 years that we come and stay at the same room. It feel like our second home. The hotel is amazing, family room is just great, spacious and very clean.. But most importantly the staff are so pleasant and welcoming. They really make us feel home and take comments seriously if any.

Amazing staff, very kind, fun and helping people, always with a smile on their face. The pool and beach bar is the best, the barmans and chef Goma are my favourite people here. Only thing that i missed is night life/parties. Also not enough egyptian music, but overall really nice place.
