We had an amazing experience at this resort – everything was absolutely perfect. From the cleanliness to the attention to detail, everything was taken care of with great care and professionalism. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. A special mention goes to Mr. Ahmed, Mr. Mohamed, and Mr. Al Edin, who made our stay even more enjoyable with their exceptional service. The food was excellent – tasty, varied, and beautifully presented every day. We really appreciated the quality and freshness of the ingredients, as well as the wide range of options available at every meal. Highly recommended – We would definitely come back!

I visited Jaz Elite Riviera in Marsa Alam for the first time – and definitely not the last! A beautiful, clean and modern hotel with a lovely atmosphere. The staff are incredibly kind and attentive, and there are always plenty of free spots – whether it’s by the pool, in the lobby bar, restaurant or even on the beach. The food is delicious, flavorful and well-seasoned, and a special compliment goes to the a la carte restaurants – truly impressive service and taste. The hotel is located in a stunning bay full of marine life, perfect for snorkeling and relaxing in peace. Overall, just positive impressions – a truly wonderful stay. 🌊☀️

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience overall. I really liked the way the swimming pools were separated — there was a quiet pool for relaxation, another pool with music, and a children’s pool. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The beach was beautiful, well-maintained, and offered drink service, which made it even more enjoyable. However, one thing I found unusual for a hotel of this caliber was that the minibar was not complimentary. Room service would check the items daily, and you had to sign a receipt to be charged later. Personally, I don’t think this policy matches the level of luxury the hotel aims to provide.
