I had a wonderful stay at Jaz Hotel! The restaurant was truly impressive – the food was absolutely delicious with a great variety of dishes. The staff were friendly and attentive specially the restaurant Manager “Mohamed”. Also, the room was spotless and very comfortable. Everything was well-maintained and made my stay very relaxing. Highly recommended!
Nice hotel. Pros: - Welcoming and friendly staff. - Delicious food specially the desserts were super delicious. - Rooms are very clean and spacious and nearly modern. - Nice landscape. - Golf cars that take you to the beach/hotel are always on time. Cons: - On some days the sea waters weren't clean due to the pollution of some near ships. - Beach showers weren't clean. - Refill process in the restaurant was slow or didn't happen before the closing time. I had to ask chefs to make me a plate of a missing item. - No drinks in dinner even water! - Crows were annoying and could steal food from you in the beach/pool/restaurant outdoor areas.
Hotel was very nice, the rooms are big with all equipments , stuff were very friendly and professional,food was nice , but I did not like that all rooms have pool view only and to go beach I have to take their golf car , also electricity was off for more than 4 hours without AC in July was really nightmare, they said generators for lighting only. They must enhance this and make compensation to their guests
