Absolutely brilliant hotel. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Pools all good. Plenty of bars and snack bars for food and drinks throughout the day. The life guards around the pool were always on duty and on hand to help. The main restaurant was excellent, lots of choices for food every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The curries were all tasty. The chef on the pasta station was amazing. He also made an awesome omelette at breakfast!! Service was always excellent, plenty of staff, all very helpful. All staff were always happy to go above and beyond. Would definitely recommend this hotel and we will be back again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the hotel – everything was beyond our expectations! The entire experience was unforgettable, from the comfortable rooms to the amazing service. One of the absolute highlights of our stay was the food – every meal was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. We truly looked forward to each dining experience. We would especially like to highlight the incredible service we received from Ahmed, who was by far one of the best waiters we’ve ever had the pleasure to meet. He was always attentive, professional, and incredibly kind. No matter what we needed, he was right there to help, always with a warm smile and a friendly attitude. We felt completely taken care of, and it made all the difference in our holiday. Ahmed also connected really well with the little girl in our group, showing genuine care and attention that made her feel special and welcomed. He brought so much positive energy to our stay – he truly made us feel at home and was a big part of what made this vacation so memorable. He didn’t just do his job – he went above and beyond, and we can’t thank him enough. Overall, the hotel was fantastic, and Ahmed’s kindness and professionalism truly made our holiday shine. We’re so grateful for everything and can’t wait to come back.

Hotel is beautiful. The grounds are very pretty and well kept, Gardeners do wonderful job. Rooms are well laid out and suit families nicely. Aircon is good - which is absolutely needed. Food is of good standard and has nice variety. Drinks are quite limited - soft drinks have quite a limited selection and there is very little self serve option. That said - water is readily available to keep you hydrated. Service can be a bit hit and miss - with some members you feel like an inconvenience, with some it definitely feels like they know you’ve already paid. However there are some great team members about the place who will look after you and build up a rapport. We arrived mid August and it was clearly super busy and everyone seemed quite stretched and a little tense. Once the hotel quietened down a little - it all seemed far more chilled, relaxed and personal! Finally, the pools and sea are just great, the life guards are fantastic and really help everyone feel safe and have a great time! Thanks
