Fantastic experience with my family. The staff were the best making holidays even better and a huge selection of food during breakfast lunch and dinner. The manager is very respectful and ensures that we are all happy and will cook with our request. Would definitely come back
Friendly staff who go above and beyond for you. Yes rooms are dated ,but we only use it to change and sleep. Food has been good and grounds ,pool clean. Only a small evening bar. Could do with more things to do in evening. Even though the entertainment staff are good at what they do. Michelle
Just left a 7 day stay. Pros: drinks were good, staff cannot do enough for you (special mention to housam who kept our room stocked and cleaned to a high standard daily), swim up bar is nice after chilling in the pool and location is convenient. The staff do make the hotel the 4 star that it is in my opinion. The karaoke night that we attended was one of our best nights here and for £10 each with drinks it is definitely worth it. We had a special dinner of a steak which was absolutely lovely and they even brought a cake out for a family members birthday. Always some singing or activities going on in the evening for the guests and the garden scenery is truly beautiful. Cons: the food did not agree with us with several of us having bad stomachs after a few days of eating it meaning we ate simple foods like pasta and bread. Our stomachs improved after eating out and eating minuscule items from the hotel. The rooms need renovating desperately with the showers being tiny. No WI-FI apart from one that rarely works in the reception. The sun bed situation still needs addressing with the same Russians reserving more comfortable sun beds than they need - some of the Russian guests were not very pleasant towards the British guests but this is not the hotels fault of course and just a heads up for other brits (several reviews say the same in the past). All in all I would say it is good value for money, I would possibly recommend eating elsewhere and it has been a lovely little break. I would not return due to the cons that I listed but I would definitely recommend for a cheap break considering all of the above. Update: maybe not recommended as we all have E. coli and are still extremely sick.
