I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was exceptional; the rooms were spotless and well-maintained, making for a very comfortable experience. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options that catered to all tastes. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The activities offered were fun and engaging, perfect for both relaxation and adventure. The overall ambiance of the hotel was peaceful and relaxing, with great attention to detail in every aspect. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a wonderful getaway!

The hotel is nice and the staff are very friendly and helpful. However, the air conditioning in the rooms, reception, and restaurant is not the best. The place is extremely crowded, to the point that we had to stand in line just to enter the restaurant, which was very disappointing. We requested 3 rooms next to each other as a family, but this was not possible. Also, there is no elevator and no golf cart service to the beach, which is very far to walk. The curtains in the rooms are very poor, and in the morning the sunlight comes in strongly, making it difficult to sleep. On the positive side, the animation team was absolutely amazing and really made our stay more enjoyable. The aqua park is fantastic and a lot of fun for both kids and adults.

We recently spent 3 days at Jaz Makadi Oasis. Overall, the hotel has a great location, and the aqua park and pools were enjoyable and well-maintained. The surroundings are clean and family-friendly, making it a good option for a short getaway. However, we were disappointed by some aspects of our stay: • Animation Team: While entertainment is a key part of the resort experience, one of the evening activities organized by the animation team included inappropriate behavior that was clearly not suitable for children. It involved a couple’s challenge using balloons and displayed suggestive content in front of families and young kids. This was done without any prior warning or notice to parents, which was very concerning. • Dietary Needs: Our child has lactose intolerance, and we informed the staff multiple times in both the restaurant and bar areas. Unfortunately, the response was inconsistent. On the first day, they were able to provide a small portion of lactose-free milk. But afterward, we were told there was only one bottle available for each dietary restriction (lactose-free, vegan, etc.) and they had run out. This lack of preparation and support for common food allergies is something the hotel should improve urgently. Overall, the hotel has potential and offers nice facilities, but families with young children or dietary needs should be aware of these limitations.
