We were extremely satisfied with the hotel. Perfect location near the sea. The hotel staff were amazing. I especially want to highlight the work of the waiters throughout the resort. They worked really hard, especially in the restaurant. Our favorites were Ali, Ayew, and Hasan. We always had fun with them, and the atmosphere was perfect. The restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes, so even the most demanding guest could find something to enjoy. The entire resort was very clean, as the staff cleaned it every day. The sea was wonderful, crystal clear water with a pleasant temperature. We will definitely be happy to come back here again. Thank you for a beautiful holiday.

An amazing stay at Jaz Hotel Almaza Bay! Our experience at Jaz Hotel in Almaza Bay was outstanding from start to finish. The resort is absolutely beautiful — clean, elegant, and perfectly located on a stunning stretch of the Mediterranean. The beach is pristine, the pools are spotless, and the atmosphere is both relaxing and luxurious. What truly made the trip special was the exceptional service. A special thank you to Menna Hatem, who went above and beyond to make sure every part of our stay was perfect. She was incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Menna truly made us feel welcomed and cared for. The entire staff was excellent — from the front desk, to the housekeeping team, to the restaurant and beach staff. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway. We will definitely be coming back! 🌴✨

The guest relations department(Menna) is super helpful and compassionate. Rooms need to be renovated and maintained as they are overused. Housekeeping needs to clean the room every day as if it will be occupied by a new guest. Laundry needs to be responsive and use formal language according to the hotwls' code of conduct. The hotel needs to find a solution for guests to dry their clothes. The hotel at night turns out to be a big drying rack.
