The staffs were extremely friendly and respectful. The only downside is lack of English to communicate, but regardless they're very helpful. My flight was changed to a late flight at night, the manager allowed me to pay a small fee to stay in my room till i left in the evening. I will always go back to this hotel, very nice and accessible though a little far from DMk but about 30 to 30mins to BKK without traffic. Breakfast also fantastic. Location is good but to do sightseeing you have to take a taxi or tuktuk.

Definitely not a 4-star hotel. It barely get 3-star in my opinion. Cheap but not quite worth it. Hotel look old. The room is old and not clean. The room near the pool is too noisy. Don't expect much from this hotel. The sleep quality is OK though.

During my recent stay at Jazzotel, I experienced several issues that significantly impacted the quality of my visit. Basic amenities such as bar soap, toothbrush and toothpaste, conditioner, bedroom slippers, and bathrobes were not provided, which was disappointing. Additionally, the shower and bathtub were leaking, resulting in a constantly wet bathroom floor and a potential safety hazard. Cleanliness was another major concern—the room had a musty odor and visible dust, which made it feel neglected and uncomfortable. Furthermore, the elevators were highly inefficient, leading to extended waiting times and further inconvenience. I hope this feedback serves as constructive input to help improve the guest experience moving forward.
