We had a large group of about 12 from our Church in Fayetteville, NC. We came to visit the Duke Chapel for their Evening Song Service. The JB Duke Hotel was able to make a group reservation for us. We were only here for dinner, but the food and service was excellent. And the location was perfect, because it was less than a 5 minute drive to the hotel from the Chapel. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the Duke Campus area.
Great hotel, facilities are nice but a bit old, rooms were big , clean and comfortable. Bar and restaurant have good food with affordable prices. Conferences room are big and clean. Really good place to stay if you are going to duke
Jenny (Manager) and Jiselle seemed extremely bothered that I asked for an itemized receipt. Was initially told to email to get it. Found out it took 5 minutes upon asking for the manager. Felt treated differently than every other person at the bar… which is empty. Aside from the event party Jenny was more welcoming towards.
