Hospitality on point, they helped me check-in at 1AM because my current hotel’s air conditioner wasn’t producing cool air. They also allowed me to leave my bags after check-out because my flight is at night. Good location, recommend staying here.

I had a great stay at Zuka Hotel in Da Nang! The location is perfect — just a short walk to My Khe Beach, cafes, and convenience stores. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed, including strong Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a hot shower. The staff were super friendly and helpful — they helped me with renting a motorbike and gave great tips about local places to visit. I really appreciated how quiet and peaceful the hotel was at night, which made it easy to relax and get good sleep. For the price, this place is an amazing value. Whether you’re a solo traveler or a couple, I definitely recommend staying here if you're visiting Da Nang!

This is the worst hostel I've ever stayed in. The accommodations are in a basement, which feels cramped and uncomfortable. There aren’t enough bathrooms for the approximately 20 guests, leading to long waits and inconvenience. The road in front of the hostel is under construction, making the area noisy and difficult to navigate. The attitude of the two receptionists I encountered was unprofessional. One of them made me feel uncomfortable with a seemingly flirtatious smile while asking about the cities I’ve visited, which came across as inappropriate and carried undertones of sexism and racism. Additionally, the 12-bed dorm I stayed in was occupied by three people who were gambling in Da Nang. They were extremely loud, discussing things at high volume around 11 PM, which was disruptive. Potential guests should be cautious about this situation.
