The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is pretty far from both city and airport. With Uber it cost us on average 45-50 EUR to get to both - one way. The hotel room is made everyday and is clean. After 5 PM a lot of flies appeared near the door (approx 25-30). The breakfast had the necessities were hat felt bit limited by we’re from Norway and learned that larger breakfast are not common in Italy
Hotel ok and food very good. Staff member named Patricio (Patrick) made our stay wonderful, he went above and beyond for our requests and answered all the questions we had! His kindness and polite conversations made us feel welcome and no other member of staff compared to him. Amazing. - his English was very good as well :)
Pathetic place ## "BEWARE" ##. They have hidden a lot of pictures so that you don't get to know what this hotel is all about and how it looks in reality. Not kids friendly / family friendly at all. I booked this place by looking at their online morphed photographs. I asked for a refund.. they refused, saying its not their fault.. requested to talk to mamager, the manager would not talk to you, and the receptionist is just a puppet. Even offered deduction for a day.. they will turn a deaf ear.
