The house was gorgeous. But the beds.... the comfort of the beds made this stay amazing. Everyone slept great which helped everyone have a great time .

Welcome to the Luxury Time Capsule of 1995! If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to vacation in the backlot of Disney - look no further than this dumpster fire of luxury. When we arrived at the home it looked like it had just been through an epic frat party hosted by the 7 Dwarves themselves + 100 of their friends. Trash everywhere, cigarette butts, broken furniture - and the faint smell of regret. Turns out the “sparkling pool” is created by teeny shards of broken glass glinting in the sunlight. But it did create a fun game for us called “Don’t bleed in the pool” Bonus- there was an entire dinner set of broken plastic cups and forks scattered through the pool itself - dinner for 10? No problem. Hot tub? More like “tepid tub” if human soup is your vibe of a good time this one delivers. Oh - and if you’ve ever told yourself your kids have too much screen time - this is the vacation oasis for you! Who needs internet in an 11 bedroom mansion? Oh, and since the TVs are from the 90s that means they don’t work either since they’re all one Roku sticks with ONE remote. I repeat. ONE Remote. Have fun chasing that down through 11,000 square feet after you’ve done a double park day. If you’re coming for the arcade and casino games - half of them were broken. But that’s ok! Nostalgia is powerful - especially when you’re staring at a blank PacMan screen. The casino games were equally on point. Nothing says adult fun like free casino games stuck on $0. Feels just like home! Appliances: the oven gave up - presumably to join depths of recycle hell & join the outdoor fireplace, which was already dead when we arrived. The super powered microwave tried to make up for it by working SO well it nearly caught fire cooking a bag of popcorn. I can only imagine the dishwasher is next because it smelled like straight death already. This was especially awesome when we couldn’t open any windows because - you guessed it - the AC was broken in 1/2 the house too! Remember the Lion King movie when the pride land burned? Exactly that vibe. The non-function elevator we passed on every trip up the stairs searching for the Roku remote - a not so subtle reminder of what this house “could” have been. (But isn’t. Key word - isn’t) If your true definition of “luxury home” includes time travel to before internet and, well, power - this is the home for you! This home gets 2 stars: one for the pure comedic value of the stay and the other for the broken plastic cup that’s probably still in the pool - you know, the one surrounded by glass.

A very bad experience. We came to this hotel on a recommendation and were disappointed. The rooms looked like saunas and had no ventilation... The largest room was average compared to other hotels in Tacna. The pool, which was the only thing my children enjoyed, was full of hair under the bridge they have in there. And the next day my children and I all came out bitten by the bugs that were probably in the beds. Needless to say, we had to leave early for the Tacna airport and the breakfast that was supposedly available from 7am wasn't even ready... And the people who serve in the kitchen are very unpleasant and despotic. We will never return to that little hotel... They don't even bother to charge 55 thousand pesos for the stay.
