Jeddah Marriott Hotel Madinah Road

I had dinner in the restaurant twice during my stay. The food was excellent (lamb kabsa with dukkos sauce). We were served by a young gentleman called John. He was very friendly, efficient and pleasant. Excellent service, John! Thank you!!! 💖💖💖

My recent stay at Marriott Jeddah was a mixed experience. While the property is conveniently located—just 10 minutes from the airport and within reasonable distance to Mall of Arabia (a few minutes) and Red Sea Mall (around 15–20 minutes)—there were some inconsistencies that affected my overall satisfaction. I had booked two rooms in the same category, yet the first room assigned to me was noticeably smaller than the second, which felt unfair. Additionally, there was no welcome basket or complimentary items in the room, and the minibar was completely empty. Upon inquiry, I was told that such amenities are reserved exclusively for Titanium and Platinum members, which was disappointing, especially considering that the hotel appeared to be operating well below full capacity. When I requested rooms on the same floor, I was informed that nothing was available—again, surprising given the low occupancy. The breakfast offering was modest and lacked variety, which may not meet the expectations of frequent travelers used to a more extensive spread at properties of this caliber. On a positive note, the front desk staff were courteous and welcoming, and their professionalism is commendable. Just be mindful that the hotel is located on Madina Road, which tends to get quite congested during peak hours. Overall, while Marriott Jeddah has some conveniences and friendly service, there’s room for improvement in consistency, hospitality offerings, and responsiveness to guest preferences.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at the Jeddah Marriott. Huge thank you to FAHAD, who checked us in. Very professional, friendly and kind! He made sure our room was perfect, he explained all amenities and showed us to the lounge. Great pool, modern and clean rooms, amazing employees. Big thank you & we will be back soon inshaAllah.
