Highly Recommended Stay at Jelenia Struga Medical SPA I had a wonderful experience at Jelenia Struga Medical SPA in Poland and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for relaxation, comfort, and exceptional service. One of the best things about this place is that parking is free, which made everything super convenient. Also, pets are welcome at no extra charge, which was a huge plus for me as I was traveling with my dog. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and my dog was treated very kindly. The food at the hotel was absolutely top-notch – fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, every meal was a real culinary experience. The peaceful location, excellent spa facilities, and overall atmosphere make this place a perfect escape. I will definitely return!

Amazing service, staff is super polite and thoughtful. SPA is in very peaceful place, and nice environment, many hiking trails around. In hotel there is also old uranium mine, there a tours aroumd it and its very intereating atraction❤️

At first glance, when you look at the photos, everything looks very beautiful. The hotel is indeed located in a stunningly beautiful and quiet area, surrounded by forest, and the restaurant has a terrace overlooking the pond and forest. I give the breakfasts a 10 out of 10, as everything is delicious and there is a wide selection. However, there are still some questions about the wellness area. When a hotel claims to be a 4-star wellness and spa, it should have more than just two saunas and a swimming pool. There were only 3 sun loungers and 4 chairs available in the entire wellness area, so if you wanted to lie down after using the sauna and couldn't find a spot, you'd either have to go swimming or return to your room. Some of the showers were not working properly. There were a lack of hooks both in the wellness area and in the showers. By the way, the wellness area doesn't provide additional towels or sheets, so everyone goes to the sauna in their swimsuits. I managed to ask for an additional room at the reception, but judging by the receptionist's reaction, it's not a common practice. However, the hotel offers various entertainment options such as bowling, billiards, and table football. However, if your room is located above the bowling alley, you may experience noise disturbances until at least 10 p.m. In general, hotel is not bad, but the lack of details detracts from the overall experience.
