We had the pleasure of being invited to participate in the Wedding Showcase organized by Jen Hotel, and it was truly a positive experience. The hotel team demonstrated excellent coordination and professionalism. The staff were friendly, courteous, and attentive, ensuring everything ran smoothly. The venue was clean, well-arranged, and full of thoughtful touches — a clear reflection of their attention to detail. Thank you once again to Jen Hotel for the warm hospitality. The rooms were really beautiful and clean. I love that the floor is vinyl. I prefer that as sometimes I worry what gets trapped in the carpet. Beds were not too soft. Which was good because lumbar support is necessary for some of us. When we request for items, the hotel reception even calls to double check if we have received them. I think that's really thoughtful. As for the location, its near to cafes and 1st avenue mall is just next to Hotel Jen. Very convenient. Massage places are opposite the hotel as well. Love that! To add on to my joy, a live band plays there. Throwing classics like Celine Dion. My favourite part of the hotel is the cafe at Level 16, it gives a beautiful view over Georgetown while I had my cakes, fruit and coffee over there in the evening. 5/5. Very satisfied.
