We want to go back! The gym was our favorite part as it was huge and had every piece of equipment imaginable! You get a free coffee swipe with your room purchase but unfortunately the coffee was out on our floor, so we never got to try it. We ate at the restaurant there and the service was a bit slow even though there wasn’t a lot of people, which was fine. They were out of wings when I ordered them so I had to get something else. We didn’t swim in the pools since you needed a swimming cap but they looked great! Lots of kids around the hotel, and a lot of them were going to the pool with their floaties, so if you are planning for relaxing pool time, I don’t think this pool would be the one for go. Our room had the best view! Our bed was very comfortable! Smoke free rooms! The lighting in the room was amazing. Not super close to other places, but we knew that before booking and just stayed one night to hang out at the hotel. We never got to try the brewery, so if we ever go back, we want to try it. We would stay here again if we are ever in Shenzhen again. 40 minute drive from the airport.

One of the smart hotel i live. all the room is very up-to-date and have very smart thing on the room but some regular thing they remove however i can give this hotel 9/10.

The location was around the commercial area at Qianhai. There’s no surrounding shopping facilities for you to get some fun. Hospitality: The hotel staff was not too warm as the team at Shangrila Futian or the others. The room was alright but the bay view and the shower water was not impressive - the shower or tap water was quite weak. The WiFi at the hotel was on and off. The food options or buffet was average. Overall it was not that value for money.
