Jeonju Hanok Gotek Agbae

Fantastic hotel to base yourself in Jeonju if you plan to do day trips by bus bus to other parts of Jeonbuk/Jeollabukdo. It's behind the terminal, you're able to see the hotel from berth 12, a few minutes walk away. Despite being near the terminal, sound proofing was good & I had a good sleep. Receptionist is helpful in providing recommendations to requests. Rooms were clean, spacious & bathroom is spacious. There's a snack corner where cereals, bread and hard boiled eggs are available, together with canned drinks & juice. There's also a coffee machine near the lift. Highly recommend to stay here!

Mari Hotel is conveniently located near the intercity bus terminal - great for travellers who use the bus services. A simple breakfast of toast, cereals, cup noodles, and coffee was provided. The room is equipped with advanced technology - the lights, TV, and air con was controlled by a single remote control (Travellers who don't understand korean will take some time to interpret the remote buttons). We had a fantastic sleep, the room was quiet, and the bed was comfortable. The receptionist who was fluent in English was very helpful and welcoming. He gave us directions to recommended food places and was very proactive in offering to make-up our room since we stayed for 4 nights. Really appreciate the hospitality of the receptionist. I highly recommend this hotel. -the only issue that we have is that the toilet flushing was quite loud.
