We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast was varied and very good. Maria at the reception was exceptionally kind and helped us with everything from the moment we arrived until we left. The location is great—just 15 minutes by light rail to the Old City and close to the train station if you're coming from Ben Gurion Airport.
The hotel offers compact accommodations, with limited elevator capacity. Service is satisfactory, and the location provides practical convenience. While not a leisure-focused destination, it serves well for business travelers.
Rooms are dirty and dusty, definitely not 4 star standard, more like 2. Walls are paper-thin, staff is unpleasant and extremely passive-aggressive – I’m talking about the older man with grey hair working there. Unfortunately, he didn’t have a name tag. The female manager however, was polite. Either way, I do not recommend this place.
