Nice hotel. Good rooms. We were 56 tourists arranged stay here. The rooms were not cleaned before we occupy. The bath room was having used soaps and papers. The pillow was having ladies hair not even changed pillow cover. How come they have given room without cleaning is totally unacceptable. In addition with digital key it opened another room mistakenly which created confusion and confrontation.

Horrible hotel, hated every part of it. Food tasted like frozen food that was just reheated, rooms were old and dusty. The blankets were dirty and there was dust all over the mattress, almost like they swept the dust under the quilt. The shower was dirty and the toilet was atrocious. Simply overpriced and certainly not worth it. Also, we were given a spoilt kettle and despite a request for a new one, we never got it. My sink was leaking. Would've made a great hotel - a 1 star hotel that is. Whoever gave this hotel a 4 star rating needs a wake-up call.
