the experience was good, the room was beautiful and clean and service was amazing. i was a disappointed with the jacuzzi bath tho, i don’t know when it was last cleaned properly but, i turned on the bath and laid down when i pressed the button and a lot of stuff came out of it. some even looked like bugs… the shower was better for me after that. hallways are extremely quiet and sadly the huge gap under and above the door allowed you to hear everything and everyone that passed by meaning they could also hear us so that was something, i liked the room but maybe next time it could be better

We booked a room through Booking.com specifically because of the advertised photos showing a high-floor room with a Strip view. What we got instead was a room on the 7th floor overlooking the pool — nowhere near what was promised. When we raised this issue with the staff, their response was not only dismissive but downright rude. They claimed that the Strip view and high floor were “not guaranteed,” despite those being the key features they used to market the room. No apology, no compensation, not even an attempt to make things right — just a cocky “Have a nice day.” This kind of misleading advertising and complete disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable. I would never stay here again. If you value honesty, transparency, and respectful customer service, look elsewhere.

Room had stains everywhere, be aware they charge $85 to change your sheets and bring new towels, $15 dollars to take out trash. My work booked this place and they will never book again after I showed them these crazy fees
