Updated comment - No front service desk, the toilet was not in working order in one of the rooms, the shower (in the same bathroom almost flooded. Had to cut shower time short until I plunged it, kitchen sink would not put out nothing more than lukewarm water and we were told everyone had to be out of the pool by 10 but there were several people that came back once security was gone and they were loud and obnoxious (frat boys, if that tells you anything). I emailed RealJoy Vacation Properties about the issues and concerns (2 days prior to leaving) and we got a fairly quick response. I am never one to complain or give a long list of wrongs. Always trying to see the good in everything but the owner really needs to check their property thoroughly. I am very understanding! I am hoping the issues get fixed. I would love nothing more that to go back because of the location, pool/jacuzzi, the spaciousness of the room and full kitchen. It truly felt like home. Just the minor things add up over time. Enough ranting! Nice room! No front service desk, which is concerning if we need anything. But the location is perfect. It's located directly across from the O'Steen Beach Access. 🌴
Awesome, relaxing, amazing stay !! This condo was amazing. Had a beautiful view of the Destin Pass. The sunrise and sun sets were Grade A! The facility was awesome. The condo was fully furnished with everything you need. Just show up, bring your clothes and food and you are ready to hit the beach. Condo had an amazing pool, complete with splash pad, lawn chairs, umbrellas, outdoor showers and restrooms. BBQ grills were available for use as well. My only complaint was the private beach access, beach chairs and umbrella were far away.
Amazing place to stay. We stayed a week and didn't want to leave. Our condo had everything we needed and more. Nice little storage area for each unit outside the door. Awesome beach access. Grounds, pool and grills are kept very neat and clean everyday. We will definitely stay here next year also.
