We had our company annual trip at Jetwing Lake, and it was an amazing experience. The staff including Yasas and team, were very friendly and supportive. The rooms were spacious and well maintained, the food was excellent with a stunning lake view, and the facilities were top-notch. The peaceful surroundings and the great support for our group arrangements made the whole stay unforgettable.
A wonderful stay - This place met my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcomed — kind, attentive, and always ready to help without ever needing to be asked twice. The room was spacious and spotless, with a view that honestly made me pause and just take it in. Meals were consistently delicious, served fresh, and with such care that it didn’t feel like a hotel, it felt like someone looking after you. Every small request I made was handled so smoothly. You can feel the warmth in the way this place is run. It’s not just a stay, it’s an experience I’ll happily return to.
Very good hotel, rooms are nice and the pool area is nice as well. The only thing that brings down my score is the food. It is pretty mediocre. There is a good Chinese restaurant, but there are hardly any guests there, so not a nice place to sit. Don’t pay for the buffet, it’s a bit over priced.
