I am satisfied with this tea mountain trip, especially staying in the St. Andrew hotel. The staff are very enthusiastic and provide professional and fast service. Clive, the manager of the front desk, made us feel as if we were at home. In particular, we left our coats in the hotel and forgot to take them out. The hotel handled it very quickly and helped us get them outside the door. It is a great team! Thank you! Clive and his teams.

We had an amazing experience at Jetwing st andrewss. Staff was super friendly and supportive. Food also was delicious and fresh. We had a little issue by booking a different hotel at jetwing hotels but after we informed that to the staff and ask whether can we move our booking to the st andrew they were very supportive and gave us a discount rate. We celebrated our 1st wedding anniversary and they offered a complimentary cake for that also. Highly recommend for anyone who is searching a place to stay at Nuwara eliya.
