I had a truly wonderful Shabbat stay at Jewel Hotel. The hospitality exceeded all expectations. When a small issue arose, Anat handled it with incredible speed, professionalism, and warmth. Her calm and graceful approach turned a potentially stressful moment into a reminder of how much this hotel values its guests. You can really feel that she cares—her presence made a big difference in our experience. Kira was also fantastic during check-out—efficient, kind, and attentive. Our room was beautiful with a stunning view, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and the perfect end to a peaceful weekend. This stay was a perfect combination of comfort, care, and quality. Highly recommended!

This boutique hotel is truly a hidden gem in the heart of Tel Aviv. The design is elegant and inviting, and our room was so beautiful and perfect. The best boutique hotel I've stayed at in TLV. Celebrated my husband's birthday here and was met with a warm welcome at reception alongside birthday treats in our room. The room was spotless and pampering, and the breakfast was wonderful, very fresh and full of variety, we will definitely return.
