I recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it can be considered somewhat decent. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, but there are several issues when it comes to the room service and amenities. The room was not well-equipped — we only found two bottles of water and no other basic supplies such as soap, shaving kits, toothpaste, or similar essentials. I asked for an iron in the room, but it wasn’t available. Instead, the only option was to send clothes to the laundry service, which is charged separately and not included in the stay. The cafés in the hotel were very poor in terms of quality and service. As for the restaurant, it was very small and couldn’t accommodate all the guests during busy times like breakfast. We had to wait for a table, and even then, the food variety was limited and the quality was average. Overall, I believe the price of the stay is higher than the level of service provided

Not recommended at all سيء جدا - Location is very good Unclean- toilet is so bad Very unfriendly staff- very aggressive- unprofessional. Breakfast is poor I was staying in a suite side sea view it not a suite at all the walls are not clean- floor is unclean- The private beach is the worst very small No pool Overall is very bad experience Not to be recommended It shouldnt be categorized as a 4 star hotel and it should not be considered one of the jewel hotels that are usually good properties. Jewel hotels group should take care and check what is wrong in this property.

The price for three nights was good, but honestly, you get what you pay for. It’s okay for a short stay, maybe one or two nights just to sleep, but not a hotel you can enjoy. The view was great, and that was almost the only good thing. Our first red flag was when we entered the elevator and the corridor. The corridor was dirty and smelled strongly of sweat and cleaning chemicals, with no windows to help. The room was also smelly. We asked someone to clean it and it got slightly better, but we still had to spray air freshener the whole night. Another issue with the room was the door it needed renovation it didnt close well and it was actually broken, the pillows smelled, the walls desperately needed renovation. Another issue was the food. I asked if I could order from a restaurant outside and they said no, I had to go downstairs myself and hope security didn’t stop me because they wanted me to order from their own restaurant. But how can I trust their food if they can’t even keep the place clean? Also, it was very loud outside the room because there were no carpets in the hallway so you could hear everything. It was very disturbing and we woke up many times because of the noise. Finally, there was no Wi-Fi. They said it was broken, but how is the Wi-Fi broken? I don’t understand. It’s part of what we paid for and they say there’s Wi-Fi when u book.
