5-Star Review I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel — everything was perfect from start to finish. The service was exceptional, and the chef deserves a special mention for the delicious, high-quality meals served throughout my stay. The hospitality was outstanding, and the staff made me feel completely at home. I’d like to give a special thank you to Mr. Atef and Miss Engy at the reception — their kindness, professionalism, and welcoming attitude really stood out. Overall experience was not bad, however there were some drawbacks. There was no wifi in the rooms. Water is charged. The aqua park for the guests only till 10 am, after that it is for all other people from outside by tickets so it is overcrowded. Breakfast was accepted but no varieties, kind of food are basic only. Rooms are good and spacious compared to other hotels, swimming pool was nice. Generally accepted, but i would prefer to book another hotel especially that it was not cheap and the price was same as more luxurious hotels.

Room service got our order wrong; after correcting the order, the food we received tasted like a salt mine; you’re given two passwords for internet access-we needed access on our phones and on my work computer. After complaining we were given a third password-just seems like a foolish policy; The water stopped working for about 2 hours Front desk was somewhat rude Positive? The pool area is incredible
