Jewelberry Glamping

Better than expected! The owner is very polite, everything is clean and you have all the privacy. Shower is amazing, that is my best impression. They have to maybe clean the tents a little bit better, but it is ok.

Nice and cozy place. Very convenient that you can borrow the grill. The bathroom outside is amazing, but if the temperature is low, water may not be hot enough.

So in theory, the place could be really cool... But we had a very bad experience. 1. The pool on the website isn't actually part of the glamping experience, which is kind of deceptive. It's part of a neighboring complex, which should be stated ON THE SITE. It was also not working when we went there. 2. The only RIGHT way to experience this is to bring your own food. Glamping guys told us there's a restaurant that's good, and "we're encouraged to use that." so we thought ok we'll go with that. What they DIDN'T say is that the restaurant is 15 minutes away walking distance in mud. You can order for 20 gel, but the food is very mediocre and not worth it. 3. Speaking of mud, we had to go through a ton of mud to get to the place, so our shoes were super muddy. We left them outside the room, and the dogs ate them overnight 💀 had to leave the next day because, well, no shoes. (The shoes were kinda expensive btw, guess the dogs really have good taste). Also just FYI the projector mentioned on the website costs like 50 gel to rent🤡 not a big deal, but guys, cmon, that's just greedy. We REALLY liked the idea of the place, and it could've been great... But I really feel like the venue should be upfront about the things mentioned above. The good: the jaccuzi/barrels were really cool. The vibe of the place is really chill.
