Nice place to stay for business people. Breakfast was satisfying, with a good variety and fresh options that added to the overall pleasant experience. The room was spotless and well-maintained. Surfaces were dust-free and the trash was properly managed. Items were neatly arranged, making the space comfortable and functional. All amenities were available and in good condition, including stationery, drinking water, and hygiene supplies. Kang Abdul was polite, quick to respond, and attentive to any requests. Thank you for the great service provided to me during my five-day stay here. It was truly appreciated!

I recently stayed at JHL Solitaire, and overall, it was a pleasant experience with a few minor setbacks. The room was spacious and elegant, but unfortunately, I noticed a couple of issues. The bath gel container was completely empty, and the carpet near the headboard had a slightly damp smell, which was a bit unpleasant.Hopefully, this was just a one-off and can be improved with better housekeeping checks.. Also, the room was not very soundproof. The space themed playground was beautiful and instantly caught my kid's attention. however, it was disappointing to see that some other board game is broken and missing pieces. the Breakfast – A Standout! the dish was flavorful, well-prepared, and varied. A special mention goes to the salmon sashimi, which was such a luxury touch. and not forget to mention The staff were all incredibly warm and welcoming. From check-in to dining service to checkout, everyone was attentive and genuinely kind, which really added to the comfort of the stay. The pool is quite small. For a hotel of this scale, I expected a larger swimming area.

Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I would like to highlight how the hotel is great for family, a lot of fun kid activities. While the other aspects also remarkable; helpful staffs, room cleanliness, well maintained facilities, etc. Last but not least, great value for money too!
