The hotel itself is quite old. The bed is comfortable. I would appreciate if they have a tag that say do not disturb for me to hang at the door knob.
Location is good. Room is good with good warmer/air conditioner. But the breakfast is terrible.
My trip to China was filled with wonderful moments until I encountered a terrible experience at the hotel. I was traveling with my baby, and although they advertised a babysitting service, they failed to provide it. Additionally, despite numerous requests, they didn't provide a plastic plate. Consequently, my baby accidentally broke a bowl, and instead of considering the situation, the hotel immediately demanded payment. Their lack of English proficiency was noticeable throughout my stay, but strangely, they were fluent when addressing this issue. The problem wasn't the cost but rather their insensitive reaction and unacceptable attitude towards the situation.
