Even if it is a 3 stars, the offered services should guarantee an adequate level of quality. Laundry is really inefficient: after a very long waiting, we've been returned our garments still wet, but the staff does't mind disturbing guests in the room for the payment in advance. The breakfast is only Chinese and the quality is rather poor; lunch and dinner also are quite disappointing. The elevators are sluggish and make always absurd trips around any floor before arriving at the desired destination. In the rooms, interrupters work in an illogical way, the bathroom didn't sink water fast, furniture is outdated and not very functional, doors and beds are damaged. Please hotel, take care of yourself!
