Jie Jie Beach Hotel

An Absolutely Amazing Dining Experience! I had an incredible dining experience at this hotel for dinner recently. We opted for the a la carte menu and ordered a selection of soups and various rice options for our main courses. The food portions were incredibly generous, so much so that we had to pack some home – a delightful problem to have! A definite must-try is their creamy pasta with bacon. Everyone at our table absolutely loved it, and I'll certainly be back for that dish alone. Beyond the delicious food, the staff truly went above and beyond. They were so helpful in arranging a birthday cake for our celebration, and even played birthday music! All the staff members were incredibly nice and attentive, making the occasion even more special. I can't recommend this place enough and will definitely be coming back soon!

I visited Jie Jie Beach Hotel for a family day out, expecting a proper five-star experience, but it was very disappointing. They gave us one complimentary room and we paid for another. Unfortunately, both rooms were in terrible condition dirty floors, dusty windows that looked like they hadn’t been cleaned for ages, and overall poor maintenance. The bathroom door didn’t work properly, the water heater was broken, and even the sea view window was so poorly maintained that it was difficult to open. Honestly, I’ve stayed in three-star hotels that were far better than this. From the moment I entered, there was no five-star feeling at all. Most five-star hotels welcome their guests pleasantly with a welcome drink. Here, there was no proper welcome. We only got a welcome drink after we complained about it. The buffet food was just okay, with very limited variety for a place claiming to be five-star. Service was average, but I had an unpleasant experience with the pool staff. They do not allow long-sleeved swimming pants, and the manager even made an unprofessional comment suggesting I share my swimming pants with a family member. That was very disappointing to hear. Overall, this hotel does not live up to its five-star claim. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a quality or luxury experience.

I made a reservation for a garden view room, which the garden was not a garden view but a railway view. Which even a balcony is not available, no windows which can open and cannot see the outside even due to the dust in the windows. Any how they offered me a sea view room, which has a balcony but cleanness is not up to the standard. Reception service was good but the hotel was not as expected, for the name 'Jetwing'
