I made reservations through booking.com and somehow the reservation doubled. We only needed one room, but it booked two. Two nights before we were supposed to come. I had to have an emergency appendectomy in Germany. I contacted the hotel as soon as I knew. They did not even say anything about hoping I felt better. All they would talk about was contracts and terms and how I had to pay both reservations, no matter what. Complete lack of empathy and understanding and compassion and I would not recommend this place to anybody. Rude.
