Jin Jiang Tower

This was a wonderful luxurious hotel with great service and tons of amenities. The hotel.was very stylish with upscale decor. There are several great restaurants on site, a spa, a fitness centee and a retail section. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean. The location is perfect! Walkable to many different parks, retail, restaurants, and attractions. I highly recommend this hotel! Definitely one of the best!

I liked this hotel a lot. I will definitely stay here if I travel Shanghai again. The staff were very nice and the room was clean. What I loved the most about this hotel is the location. Pretty close to most of the points of interest in Shanghai.

This hotel poses as a 5 star hotel however offer none of the amenities and services 5 star hotels come with. There is no maid service, no heating, the tiles in the bathroom are cracked, the rooms are old and musty and smelly, there is no heat, and the concierge (if anyone answers at all) is unwilling to help out. COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS! I am extremely upset with the booking and am looking to get a refund as I cannot stay here any longer for the duration of my stay in shanghai. highly highly DO NOT recommend staying here.
