Jinan Silver Plaza Quancheng Hotel

The hotel is very wonderful and the service is amazing for at least a two night stay. The food on the Silver Sky Restaurant JiNan (49th floor ) is decent. The restaurant rotates so you can see different city and moutain views 360 degrees from the sky. There are many choices of Chinese cuisine you can pick like an all you can eat. The rooms are pretty big and decorated with luxury items. The views from the hotel are amazing and you can see the iconic DaMing lake.

Have stayed here for an extended period of times, I really appreciated the excellent customer services and friendly staff members, whose lovely smiles and daily greetings made me feel like being a part of the family. I would particularly like to extend my compliment to the team in the Executive Lounge, led by Alex/Mia/Luna/Olivia, for their hard work and attentiveness for customer satisfaction, the standard Sofitel name stands for. Speaking of the location, there is an airport shuttle bus service on the next street, which is very convenient for going to and from the airport. The shuttle bus departs on top of the house from the next door and from the airport terminal outside Exit 4 & 5.

One if the best options in Jinan. Buffet offers a lot of western food choices as well as regional. Staff are excellent and genuinely concerned about your satisfaction. Rooms are large and well furnished. At 18 years old the building and rooms starting to show their age and smoking isn't well controlled. Loyalty program also needs to include bookings from third parties: I stay 7 weeks a year and get no recognition.
