Excellent location. There is a bus and metro station nearby. I was allotted with a no-smoking room. Not sure if smoking allowed inside hotel or not. Food is also good. Sometimes menu is written in Chinese. So make sure with the hotel stuff that food is edible for you. There is also a currency exchange counter in the reception, but they only accept major currency.
It's old and worn out, but the price and location are pretty good. I found internet was not so good. Breakfast often doesn't have enough places for guests to sit. And the exercise room has not enough equipment and what it does have is old and worn out. Don't expect to be impressed when staying here. In other words, come for a reasonable price, not for a top level experience.
This is the 7th hotel I've been to in China, and definitely the worst of them all. The first room I stayed in (I got in really late so I was too tired to do anything about it that night) the bathroom clearly hadn't been cleaned (hair everywhere, mirrors and tub filmy and dirty, etc), the AC didn't work, the closet lights wouldn't shut off and the closet doors were too small to block the light. I had to open the windows and curtains so it wasn't too hot, adding street noise and more light to the ambiance. After a super limited, sub-par breakfast buffet (again, comparing to 6 other hotels), I asked for a clean room with working AC. Turns out the only thing that isn't the same in here is the closet light shuts off. The bathroom is still dirty with hair (and this time, pink mold in the tub and shower grout), the mirrors and handles are all dirty, and they didn't provide washcloths, which I discovered mid-shower. I really regret this is the last hotel I'm staying in before leaving China. Go somewhere else for this price!
