The receptionist Ms ZCC (Zhao) was amazing at booking an event at the hotel. She took excellent care of everything.
I can’t believe there was no sofa in the lobby. The staff was awful. But the room was very clean . And very close to subway.
Pro: Nice and large rooms, close to subway station. Con: not suitable for foreign guests (no English speaking, only Chinese food options), very slow process for check-in and check-out.
